Technical Product Support
Department: TND – Product Solutions Reporting to: Technical Product Manager
Collaborate and support Product Solutions team in developing and finalizing products for the local market (named Operators) ensuring that products meet all requirements in terms of software and technical documentation.
- Support the development and the finalization of HHP products by testing all the functionalities of the HHP products and providing relevant Field Test Reports and feedback to R&D and HQ;
- Support the R&D in the bug fixing activities and check new SW implementation;
- Test of HHP software releases and consequent feedback to R&D and HQ reporting improvements to be applied in order to meet VOC and local market needs;
- Provide support to the named mobile operators in the testing phase and acceptance process and in the technical issue reporting;
- Review of all technical documentation, user manuals, leaflets on the managed HHP range;
- Support to internal sales and marketing teams providing technical assistance and information about mobile device technologies;
- Support the communication with R&D and HQ to keep synchronized the mobile device development phases with the local market activities.
Educational Background : Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering;
Professional Background: N/A
Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools required. Experience in software development is a plus.
Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
Travel required: Domestic and international transfers may occur.
